A portrait depicting a soldier who died in the 1998 civil war, the last conflict that made Guinea Bissau a ghost of a nation. The memories and fear of that conflict are still alive and fresh in the Guineans, who are afraid of a next war resulting from of the struggle for power over drug trafficking. Both, the Army and several politicians are still deeply involved in the drug trade, and what happened in March with the double assassination, could just be the beginning of a larger scale process.
